New movie of “impossible” protein cages

We made a little movie : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WhT3hj6akEY&t=19s Based on our recent paper where we expanded the space of potential protein nanocages that can be made by realising that the flexibility of proteins means that they can form cages which, while mathematically impossible, can form and appear almost perfectly regular. Hopefully this will expand the possibilities for future cages and eventual applications in materials and medicines. The little movie below highlights some of the theoretical cages we predicted. Thanks to talented PhD student Agnieszka Kowalczyk for putting it together.
